Lodging for Dogs
When it comes to choosing the perfect place for your dog to stay while you're away, look no further than Hydrant Pet Center. Our center offers a welcoming and secure environment where your furry companion will receive the utmost care and attention. With spacious accommodations, soothing music, regular exercise, and optional engaging activities, we ensure that your dog stays happy throughout their stay.
1. Lodging pricing
• Each 4 x 7 Suite is $55.00 a night
2. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times:
• Drop-off time for lodging is between 9:00 am until 1:00 pm
• Pick-up time for lodging is also no later than 1:00 pm.
• A late drop-off/pick-up fee of $20 will be applied for drop-off or pick-ups after 1:00 pm.
3. Vaccine Requirements:
• All dogs must have up-to-date vaccine papers for the safety and health of all guests.
• Required vaccinations include but are not limited to rabies, distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough). Please provide documentation upon arrival.
4. Food Preparation:
• Food must be individually bagged for each meal and each day.
• Please label each bag with your dog's name and the specific mealtime (e.g., breakfast, lunch, dinner).
• Include any feeding instructions or dietary restrictions with your dog's belongings.
5. Health and Safety:
• All dogs must be in good health and free from contagious illnesses.
• Before lodging, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns.
6. Emergency Contact Information:
• Please provide us with current contact information, including a reachable phone number, in case of emergencies.
7. Personal Belongings:
• We encourage you to bring your dog's favorite bedding, toys, and treats to make their stay more comfortable.
• Due to choking hazards, long-lasting chews, bones, bully sticks, and rawhide are prohibited during a pet's stay.
• While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet's belongings, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
8. Medication Administration:
• Medication in pill form, powder, or liquid will be administered free. Injections will be charged a $5 fee per injection.
• If your dog requires medication, please provide clear instructions and dosage information.
• Medications must be properly labeled with your dog's name and administration instructions.
9. Additional Available Accommodations

• Individual Playtime in our Romper Room: Price $15 for 15 minutes of play

10. Departure Groom/Bath: Price- Varies on Size, Breed & Services Received (See Pricing Chart under Grooming)
• We strongly recommend a departure bath or grooming session, which will leave your pet feeling refreshed, clean, and pampered, enhancing their overall comfort and well-being. Additionally, it offers the convenience of having your pet groomed before you pick them up, saving you time and effort while ensuring your pet returns home looking and smelling fantastic.
11. Reservations and Cancellations:
• Due to the limited number of lodging suites, we recommend making reservations in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability.
• Deposits of 10% of your estimated total are due upon booking and will be applied toward your total upon pick-up. Deposits are non-refundable without a 48-hour cancelation notice.
• Please notify us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Canceled reservations less than 48 hours from your lodging service will result in a loss of deposit.
12. Payment and Fees:
• Payment for lodging and any additional services is due upon pick-up.
• Late check-out fees, additional purchased amenities, and other applicable charges will be added to your final bill.

Overnight, dogs sleep in individual, comfortable runs in which they have quiet, personal space after a full day of play.
